We stayed at this hotel for a weekend event and found it to be conveniently located near a major shopping centre, which was great for picking up last-minute items. The room we stayed in was amazing, with a spacious bathroom and a huge shower. The staff provided excellent service and were very friendly, especially Leanne from the Norton restaurant. The breakfast was absolutely beautiful, with a fresh and delicious selection. the hotel provided a comfortable and enjoyable experience for our family.
That the room wasn't very clean, as we found a leftover tablet on the floor.

The food and staff were excellent, providing a luxurious dining experience. The room was consistently clean with daily housekeeping. Reasonably priced food and alcohol. this hotel surpassed expectations compared to other similar options.

We had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn. The bed was so comfortable that we fell asleep immediately. The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The location was convenient and easy to find after a long day of driving. The food at the restaurant was delicious, and it was a great place to meet up with friends and family. we loved our stay and will definitely be back.
Drawbacks: Only stayed 2 nights, wish we could have stayed longer.

Convenient location, close to amenities and attractions. Free Wi-Fi and acknowledgment of IHG membership with additional benefits.- Comfortable beds and a good supply of toiletries.
Understaffed facility, resulting in slow service and average breakfast options. Issues with room amenities, such as a malfunctioning TV and finishing problems from recent refurbishment.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally good, going out of their way to make our stay memorable. Luke and the two ladies at reception were friendly and helpful, even arranging a beautiful birthday card and special dessert for my wife's birthday. They also offered complimentary coffee/drinks and managed to get us a room with a balcony. The buffet breakfast included with our stay was delicious, with a good spread and multiple options, including vegetarian options for my wife. the hospitality and service at this hotel exceeded our expectations.
